Ship photos: Dolphin & assorted cetaceans
We saw many many dolphins and some whales travelling up and down the coast of California and Mexico.  The whales were usually spotted at a distance and when they breached (leaping out of the water), all we saw was the splash.  The dolphins would come right up near the ship and play in the bow wave at the front.  The first two photos are Bottle-nosed dolphins and the rest are White-sided dolphins.  We saw both Humpbacked whales and Grey whales.
